Note:: This information is ONLY for the elementary hip hop classes! Hi there! Thanks for all of your interest in and questions for the dance show at Ed-Co. The show runs from 2 to 4pm on Saturday, March 24th. I'd like to kids to arrive at Ed-Co at 1:40pm dressed and ready to go in their costumes. Girls should leave their hair down. I'll go over costume details with the kids at class this week and next week. The kids will sit and stay with each other until they are done with their dance; then they can sit with parents or leave. However, this should be a GREAT show with great dancers from all over Northeast Iowa, so I would recommend enjoying the afternoon! An important detail to note: That is the same weekend as the Nuvo Dance Convention in Chicago which I will be attending, so I will not be there. The kids are aware of this. Kristy Mather has agreed to gather and organize the kids that day (thanks Kristy!), so everything will be taken care of. To take care of any confusion, please be sure to address any questions and/or issues with me by Wednesday, March 21st. So, here's the timeline and instructions: 1:40pm -- Students arrive at Ed-Co High School DRESSED ANY READY TO GO!! Find Kristy Mather who will give you your instructions. Be awesome listeners and dancers for her! 2:00pm -- The Show starts! I will not know the schedule until we get closer. The dancers will sit together until AFTER they have performed, and then they will be dismissed to sit with their parents. 4:00pm -- The Show is over! That should be it!

Greetings Families!
The weather has been keeping us on our toes, but these bursts of Spring keep reminding me that Recital is getting closer! Dances are starting to get finished, and we keep working hard! In this newsletter, there are updates and reminders for Dress Rehearsals, Studio Pictures, and Recital! Dress Rehearsals Mark these dates on your calendar!! *Saturday, April 28th -- Full Dress @ the Rec Center in Manchester from 8am-Noon (we will also rehearse some special dances, time TBD) *Wednesday, May 23rd -- Final Run Rehearsal at Hanson Auditorium in Manchester from 5pm-8pm These rehearsals are MANDATORY!! If you cannot attend, let Miranda know ASAP!! Studio Pictures This is going to be something new for the studio this year, but I'd like to give it a try. On Tuesday, May 1st, we will be holding Studio Pictures beginning at 5:30pm. I would like to have all of the dancers be present for the pictures, with opportunities for group/class photos and Individual photos. Dancers should come dressed in their costumes. I am still confirming the photographer; once that's done, I will let you know what time your class needs to be at the studio! Please be sure that evening is marked in your calendar! Recital Reminder: Dates for the Recital are Thursday, May 24th and Friday, May 25th!! That's all for March! Thursday, March 15th
