Dress Rehearsal, Pictures, and Recital -- Oh, My!

RECITAL IS MAY 22-23!
I can't remind everyone of this enough.  Recital dates were set in August and shared with you in the Studio Calendar at the beginning of the year.  ALL dancers will perform both nights at the recital, with the exception of the Tuesday 6:30-7 class who only performs Thursday night.  On Thursday the 22nd and Friday the 23rd, High School dancers have a 6:00 call to the auditorium; All elementary dancers have a 6:30 call.  The show begins at 7pm.

**Please note:  Every dancer is important in every dance.  If we're missing someone during a performance it throws the whole class off!  


Final Dress & Pictures -- May 21st
This rehearsal is at the West Delaware Auditorium in Manchester.  We are going to run studio pictures the same night as Rehearsal so we don't have to pack another day into our weeks, and no one misses any class.  Dancers need to arrive, dressed and ready to go in their hip hop costumes, by 4:45pm.  If you're dancing in Recital, this rehearsal is MANDATORY.  

Pictures are being taken by Jeff Barker this year.  Different from years past, there will not be picture orders.  All photos will be uploaded to an online album with a copyright release and you are free to download and print whatever you’d like!  We’re so excited to be working with this experienced sports photographer!  

COST FOR PICTURES IS MINIMAL!  We are asking for $5 per dancer for pictures that night.  Please bring cash OR a check payable to Jeff Barker.  Remember, you have total access to all pictures...what great memories!


Tickets for Recital
Once again, we are offering Pre-Sale Tickets for Recital.  Advance prices are as follows

Family 4-Pack -- $12
Single Ticket -- $4

If you would like to order tickets, please submit your order AND payment to me NO LATER than THIS Friday, May 16th.  

Tickets at the door will by $5 for ages 12 and up, $4 for ages 5-11, and free for kiddos 4 and under. Order your tickets in advance for the best deal!


SUMMER DATES -- Time Change!
In the last newsletter, I listed a weekly technique class being held on 
 **Wednesdays from Noon to 1:30 pm**
 This class will now be held on TUESDAY evenings from 5-6pm, with Pointe class from 6-6:30pm.  Class will be held on the following Tuesdays:  June 3, 10, 17, 24
 This mixed level class is $40 for the session.
